Early detection of vascular disease can prevent serious and even fatal outcomes. Men over 60 and women over 65 are eligible for the free screening if they have at least one other risk factor for vascular disease and stroke, including:
• Smoking
• High Blood Pressure
• Cardiovascular disease
• Pulmonary disease
• Family history of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA)
