We're conveniently located at 2000 Sixteenth Avenue in Columbus.

What are your hours of operation?

We are conveniently open six days a week.

Mon- Thurs – 6am -9pm
Friday- 6am to 5:30pm
Sat – 8am-1pm

Does the St. Francis Wellness Center provide the services similar to the big gym chains?

Yes, only better! We offer wide variety of services from state-of-the-art gym equipment, cardio machines, free weights, and fitness classes like the big gym chains, but we staff our facility with experts in exercise science, exercise physiology, health promotion, and with nationally recognized specialized certifications. Come in try us out, and you'll quickly notice the difference.  

I'm new to working out, how can the St. Francis Wellness Center help me get on a fitness routine to reach my goals?

With every membership you'll receive a Health Risk Assessment, a tailored exercise plan by one of our Exercise Physiologist, and an orientation to our equipment. Under our supervision you will always feel motivated, safe, and encouraged to reach your fitness goals. Call us for more information.
 

Besides weights and cardio machines, what else does the St. Francis Wellness Center have to offer?

Staying healthy isn't just about hitting the gym, so we also offer a variety of programs to enhance your journey to wellness, such as heart healthy and diabetic nutrition classes, education in high blood pressure, cholesterol, exercise, stress management and depression, and other topics.
